جميع دورات الاونلاين نهائية في وقت الشراء ، ولن يتم استرداد أي أموال لأي عملية شراء لدورات الاونلاين المسجلة ولكن يمكن التعديل والتسجيل في دورات اخرى او تحويل و إهداء الدورة إلى شخص آخر

يمكنك إلغاء التسجيل في  الدورات عبر البث المباشرة (لايف)  في أي وقت عن طريق الاتصال بدعم العملاء. تنتهي فترة الاسترداد قبل 15 يومًا من تاريخ بدء  الدورة . بعد هذا الموعد النهائي، لن تعد مؤهلاً لاسترداد الرسوم. ولكن يمكنك في أي وقت قبل 24 ساعة من بداية البث المباشر، طلب تأجيل دورة

تدريبية وحضورها في حدث آخر (حسب التوفر) عن طريق الاتصال بدعم العملاء او الايميل

All recorded courses are final at the time of purchase, and no refunds will be made for any digital purchase

You may cancel your live course registration at any time by contacting customer support. The refund eligibility period ends 15 days from the start date of the event. After this 15 days deadline, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund in whole, or in part due to customer-initiated cancellation. You may at anytime before 24 hours from the start of the live course, request to reschedule and attend the live course at another time (depending on availability) by contacting customer support.
